Thanks for your interest in local grains.  This section of the website aims to help provide consumers and local grains enthusiasts with some background information, advice, and resources on grain-growing efforts in Vermont and the Northeast.

As part of their Grains Week in 2010, New York City’s Greenmarket released a Grains Guide, which gives a brief description of commonly-used grains and how to use them.
